EXPERIENCE
PRODUCTION FOREMAN, SANDRIDGE ENERGY; ANDREWS, TX DECEMBER 2013 – PRESENT
Responsible for looking after and managing my pumpers on a day to day basis and looking after production on
my assigned routes. Working closely with all personnel including the superintendent, assistant superintendent,
engineers, construction foreman, fluid techs, well analyst, and the measurement group. I am accountable for all
production and production reports for my group and others on weekends. I also work to ensure that all groups
work in the highest safety standards and have had no incidents under my supervision.

Working closely with all personnel including engineers, production foreman, pumpers, and roustabouts to ensure
a cost effective solution to fixing all general and specific problems that occur in the field. Daily reports to
engineers, all foreman, superintendents and managers about construction budget and description of work being
done to track everything we do. Upholding the highest safety standards while effectively working in a team
environment to ensure everything is taken care of in a proper manner.

Daily work involving tank readings, meter readings, and daily production reports to supervisors. Maintain
equipment while always trying to increase production. Analyze wells and well problems and report to supervisors
on what I think is wrong. Working in a team environment to improve strategies and try to provide the most
efficient and cost effective ways to solving problems in the field. Upheld the highest safety standards while work-
ing in a hazardous work environment.
