1. From your Google+ profile, select “Hangouts from the drop down menu 
beneath the arrow beside “Home” in the upper left hand corner of the 
screen.

2. On the following page, select “Hangouts on Air” from the top of the page.

3. On the next page, select the blue button labeled “Start a Hangout on Air”. 
4. A pop up box will open where you can choose to start the broadcast now 
or later and select your audience.

5. Once the information in the pop up box is filled out, click the green 
“Share” button at the bottom of the window.

6. After the Hangout on Air is scheduled the “embed”link in your events. 
Clicking it will provide the YouTube URL and embed 
code that will enable you to post the video on a blog or website.
