1. GOMBIE TRAILER SCRIPT
EXT. OUTSIDE ZOEYS HOUSE – NIGHT
Opening shot of Zoey’s house, everything is still and
quiet.
INT. INSIDE ZOEYS ROOM – NIGHT
ZOEY (a young teenage zombie girl) is sitting in the
corner of her bedroom on a chair on the phone to CLAIRE
(a young teenage human) sobbing, Claire’s voice is heard
through the phone.
ZOEY
Hi Claire, something’s happened.. I need you to come over
please. I don’t know what to do..
CLAIRE
v/o
Ok babe don’t cry, I’ll be there soon
Zoey invites Claire over to comfort her.
EXT. OUTSIDE ZOEYS HOUSE – NIGHT
Claire is approaching Zoey’s house, when she knocks the
door creaks open to an empty dark house. She walks in.
CLAIRE
Hello?
INT. INSIDE ZOEYS HOUSE – NIGHT
CLAIRE
Zoey?
Claire makes her way up the stairs and to Zoey’s bedroom
where she hears sobbing.
CLAIRE
Zoey?
INT. INSIDE ZOEYS HOUSE – NIGHT
Claire enters Zoey’s room to see Zoey sitting on a chair
facing the wall sobbing, Claire slowly approaches her.
Zoey turns around to Claire to reveal her face.
ZOEY
(Mumbling)CLAIRE...

2. Claire hugs Zoey.
CLAIRE
It’s ok
INT. INSIDE ZOEYS ROOM – DAY
Claire is straightening Zoey’s hair.
ZOEY
v/o
Your hair is so pretty. Mines just.. dead
INT. INSIDE CLAIRES ROOM – DAY
Claire is taking a selfie and sending it to Zoey
INT. INSIDE ZOEYS ROOM – DAY
Zoey receives Claire’s selfie, and is sending her one
back.
INT. INSIDE CLAIRES ROOM – DAY
Claire receives Zoey’s selfie and is quite shocked.
EXT. ON THE STREET – DAY
Zoey and Claire are walking down the street in Halloween
costumes. They walk past two guys TIM and MAX who are
also in Halloween costumes. Claire and Tim look at each
other infatuated, and Zoey and Max look at each other
infatuated.
Zoey’s hand falls off when Claire tries to tug her along.
CLAIRE
Zoey
INT. INSIDE CLAIRES ROOM – DAY
Claire and Zoey are sitting down, whilst Claire files
Zoey’s nails.
ZOEY
Your nails are so pretty
Zoey’s nails begin to chip and fall apart.
ZOEY
Ouch

3. INT. INSIDE CLAIRE AND ZOEYS ROOM – DAY (Screen splits)
(On the left – Claire’s room)
Claire is sticking up a poster on her wall of a human
boy.
(On the right – Zoey’s room)
Zoey is sticking up a poster on her wall of a zombie boy.
INT. ZOEYS CORRIDOR – DAY
The POSTMAN is delivering mail to Zoey’s house. Zoey
attacks his hand through the post box.
POSTMAN
AHHHHHHHHHHH
INT. ZOEYS KITCHEN – NIGHT
Zoey and Claire are sitting at the table having dinner.
Claire is being sophisticated and using a knife and fork.
Zoey’s face falls into her plate as she eats really
messily. Claire looks at Zoey with disapproval.
INT. INSIDE CLAIRES ROOM – DAY
Zoey and Tim are in Claire’s room fighting.
CLAIRE
v/o
Zoey?
Zoey hides Tim in the cupboard as Claire enters the room
CLAIRE
Have you seen Tim?
Tim falls out of the cupboard and onto the floor. Zoey
grins at Claire cheekily.
