Introduction
• Godrej is not just a company it’s a revolution. From last 125
year Godrej has given many things to India.
• It was started in 1857, and after it’s 5 years they made locker,
cupboard and etc.
• And many things were introduced to India for first time like
ballet box of election, Typewriter, Refrigerator and India’s first
washing machine was launched by Godrej.
• Godrej got the benefit of being old company in India due to this
their product got popular faster.
• Currently, their share market is 40% and it’s market value is
more than 30,000 cr.

Magical Mangroves campaign
Stand on the western Bank of the Thane
Green and your eyes will gaze over green
gold. Say hello to the largest belt of
mangroves in Mumbai. And thanks to the
Soonabai Pirojsha Godrej Foundation
these gaint tracts of mangroves are in
fine fettle. Now they might look like
pretty neat swatches of green but they
are also the city’s lungs, filtering the air
that 18 million Mumbaikars breath easy.
That’s also part of corporate policy.

GMH was set up by Godrej Memorial Trust.
It has treated 35,000 patients and performed 3,128 sugeries since
inception.
