What is GoSpark?
● GoSpark is a platform that aims to provide insightful data to businesses by analyzing customer
behavior which is tracked using beacons.
● Moreover, enhanced customer engagement and personalised shopping is what GoSpark offers.
● With mobile shopping and consumer mobile device usage increasing, there is fantastic potential for
applications to increase their user engagement and retention rates.
● beacons with bluetooth will indicate if someone has walked into a specific department,
● or even which shelves the person is viewing - all in real time.
The Problem
● We noticed that there was a rise in shopping trends
● also noticed that there was a lot of stuff the retailers were probably not taking into consideration.
● For that we came up with our solution of using beacons and a mobile application
● idea was taken onboard by Cooperative Computing and we decided to work with them
● project itself offered a wide scope of learning opportunities and working with a reputed company
will give us the necessary experience we would need
● No one in pakistan is helping users in personalised shopping, or sending personalised promotions
Project Goal: Solution
● The goal of the project is to help retailers gain more sales through insights on customer shopping
patterns and walk in trends.
● GoSpark will help retailers gain customer loyalty.
● A better understanding of what it requires in order for you to attract more customers
● Businesses can use beacons in their stores and track patterns in customer activity.
● The information is maintained on the business-end of our product through a dashboard.
● Businesses would be able to monitor their KPIs.
● Customers can view reviews of a specific business by other customers
● Business owner’s primary goal is to understand the customer.
Project Requirements
● The project requires us to implement a website and mobile application using open source tools.
● GoSpark will be connected to one or more Eddystone beacons which will store information of each
signal sent to a unique smartphone
Project Plan
● Target users who have 4g/bluetooth always on
● Beacons will be placed in retail stores.
● Any customer with 4g/bluetooth on will get a notification of the deals offered by the store, also deals can be for a specific user.
Advantages
- Better customer retention
- Business can understand its customers
- Know what users walk out empty handed so the business can work on that
area.

  • 2. What is GoSpark? ● GoSpark is a platform that aims to provide insightful data to businesses by analyzing customer behavior which is tracked using beacons. ● Moreover, enhanced customer engagement and personalised shopping is what GoSpark offers. ● With mobile shopping and consumer mobile device usage increasing, there is fantastic potential for applications to increase their user engagement and retention rates. ● beacons with bluetooth will indicate if someone has walked into a specific department, ● or even which shelves the person is viewing - all in real time.

The Problem ● We noticed that there was a rise in shopping trends ● also noticed that there was a lot of stuff the retailers were probably not taking into consideration. ● For that we came up with our solution of using beacons and a mobile application ● idea was taken onboard by Cooperative Computing and we decided to work with them ● project itself offered a wide scope of learning opportunities and working with a reputed company will give us the necessary experience we would need ● No one in pakistan is helping users in personalised shopping, or sending personalised promotions

Project Goal: Solution ● The goal of the project is to help retailers gain more sales through insights on customer shopping patterns and walk in trends. ● GoSpark will help retailers gain customer loyalty. ● A better understanding of what it requires in order for you to attract more customers ● Businesses can use beacons in their stores and track patterns in customer activity. ● The information is maintained on the business-end of our product through a dashboard. ● Businesses would be able to monitor their KPIs. ● Customers can view reviews of a specific business by other customers ● Business owner’s primary goal is to understand the customer.
  • 5. Project Requirements ● The project requires us to implement a website and mobile application using open source tools. ● GoSpark will be connected to one or more Eddystone beacons which will store information of each signal sent to a unique smartphone
  • 6. Project Plan ● Target users who have 4g/bluetooth always on ● Beacons will be placed in retail stores. ● Any customer with 4g/bluetooth on will get a notification of the deals offered by the store, also deals can be for a specific user.
  • 7. Advantages - Better customer retention - Business can understand its customers - Know what users walk out empty handed so the business can work on that area.
