AIESEC Kenya applied for the Global Absolute Growth Leadership Award. They showed growth across their Experiential Leadership Development programs from 2012 to 2013, with increases ranging from 0 to 66 participants per program. They also grew the number of local committees from 8 to 10, expansions from 10 to 17, and specialized units from 28 to 40 over this period. Additionally, their finances grew from a total income of EUR 8087 in 2012 to EUR 961 in profits in 2013. Finally, their Net Promoter Score, a measure of customer satisfaction, increased each month from July to December 2013 based on a growing number of responses and a higher percentage of promoters relative to detractors.
