RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and operate day to day store management of new store operations. Implement,
track and use social media to advertise and promote the Bennett portable storage products as the primary
means of advertising the branding of product into the Mooresville marketplace.
Results: The store has been open approximately seven months and steady progress is seen through the
social marketing strategy. Understanding Social media is tricky, but one of the keys is consistency and
frequency which cuts across the swath of all the social media groupings that are pertinent to the ever changing
audience. Salesforce Database System is a new tracking system the company began to use as the Mooresville
store opened. My previous sales background allowed me to assist other lot managers with their introduction to
the system. Unfortunately, the store was closed quickly due to management changes at the Corporate level.
CHICK-FIL-A, MOORESVILLE NC, EMOTIONAL CONNECTIONS & RELATIONSHIPS COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and create community awareness of the WinShape Camps for Community in
Mooresville through speaking engagements to local civic and church organizations, assist Corporate WinShape
Team, Host Team and the local store in catering promotional events, raising funds for camp scholarships and
logistics for the Chick-fil-A Friday Family Fun Day, as store liaison.
Results: In 2016, 455 campers attended utilizing more than 100 volunteers, raised $28,000 to
approximately 150 paid scholarships to Back Pack Ministry for children in the Iredell County area and other
children with demonstrated need; local store fed more than almost 1,000 campers and family members for
Chick-fil-A Friday Family Fun Day. In 2014, the camp successfully established itself in the community and was
ranked as one of the top 5 camps in a recent survey by a local newspaper that serves Lake Norman.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement, track and maintain corporate program called “A List”. Provide unique one-of-a-
kind events for the store’s most loyal customers. The goal of this program is to “Surprise & Delight” our most
faithful and loyal customers who have faithfully supported our store by frequently dining and telling others of
their positive dining experiences ultimately increasing our customer base.
Results: “A List” customers are involved in joint ventures that benefit the local community. By getting to
know our customers on a deeper and richer level, we’re involved organizations our A Listers are interested in
creating a larger sense of community. Our joint ventures have included as Bryson’s F. U. E. L. , Mooresville
Soup Kitchen, Palliative Care Of Iredell County and Food For Days Jointly With The Back Pack Ministry.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and introduce Children’s Birthday Party Package, implement Back Stage Tours, and
in-store promotions to create “RE-MARK-able Customer” experiences. Train select employees to work with
these specialized programs at the store.
Results: Positive customer feedback; hundreds of people have toured store and the Birthday Party
Package continues to grow and expand in popularity.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop a Hospitality Training Program for all employees by creating an Employee
Handbook of Guidelines to improve employees skills in hospitality services with restaurant guests, improve
teamwork amongst employees and work with a ‘servant’s heart’ attitude. Create a Service Snapshot Matrix for
evaluation purposes to aid employees in improving their hospitality skills.
Results: Successful implementation and training of employees with handbook and managers consistently
use snapshot matrix for employee evaluations. Hospitality and customer service scores have shown consistent
improvement through corporate surveys from customers. Store sales continue to exceed monthly goals.
