snooze it and stay in bed for 5 minutes

5. BUT REMEMBER!

6. ONCE YOU HAVE THE WILL TO GET UP…
★sit up on bed
★TAKE A DEEP BREATH
★lead against the headboard
★and stretch up to wake up your limbsAnd SMILE! Smiling to yourself will make you
feel more positive about starting your day.

7. ONCE YOU HAVE THE WILL TO GET UP…
★pull the bed duvets or sheets off
★sit on the edge of the bed
★put on your slippers

9. open the toilet lid
pull down your trousers
(usually found in the toilet roll holder)
get toilet Roll and flush the toilet
sit on THE TOILET SEAT

10. in the bathroom you can find…
after that you need to clean your rear or genitals

11. WHAT’S AN ADD-ON TOILET SIDE RIM OR SEAT BIDETS?
Many bathrooms in Asia and
America don't have the space to
accommodate a separate fixture next
to the toilet – so many toilets are
designed with built-in bidets or
fixtures that fit over the toilet side
rim or the seat. This way, you don't
need to get up to clean yourself.

your hands, in between your fingers,

soap or a powdered hand soap.

PIECE OF ADVICE!
Avoid using hand or body soap as
your facial cleanser. They can cause
your skin get dry and irritate.
DON’T use hot water. It can
be abrasive to your skin.

splash water on your face! 6. you may finish by applying
oil-free moisturizer

17. Avoiding being avoided: BRUSH YOUR TEETH!
Squeeze a small amount of toothpaste
Rinse out your mouth out using a mug and your toothbrush as well.
Brush with circular motions for several minutes

18. PIECE OF ADVICE!
USE DENTAL FLOSS AND FLUORIDE-BASED MOUTHWASH
REPLACE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH REGULARLY

19. wash your face and apply shaving gel,
shaving cream . you may use a shaving
brush for this.
choose your razor, it can be a straight razor,
an electric one or a multiblade one.
SHAVING TIME!
wash your face post-shave with warm water and
a facial scrub
pat dry and moisturize

20. IMPORTANT! TURN OFF THE TAP EVERY TIME
YOU ARE NOT USING WATER

21. comb your hair using a brush or comb
style it with gel or a flat hair iron
