HOW TO ACHIEVE SMOOTH AND HEALTHY SKIN
1. I decided to share some tips of my skincare routine! Hope you will like it
I started my skincare routine from a relatively young age, around 14-15. That was the
time when I hit puberty and some pimples were showing up.
From then, I decided to care for my skin.
There is no such thing as a perfect skincare routine. Majority of the skincare routine
includes a cleanser, toner and moisturizer. However, for a long-term result. A basic
skincare routine is not enough.
A good skin starts from the night. This is because our skin absorbs better while we are
sleeping.
Often, we wear makeup and depending on light or heavy, these are the few steps you
can follow too!
NIGHT
STEP 1 – Tap lukewarm water on your face and remove makeup. I recommend rice
water makeup remover. I got mine from THE FACE SHOP and it’s at affordable price😊
*Do NOT wash away immediately with water. Use a cotton pad to wipe away the
cleanser on your face before rinsing with cold water.
This way, it removes makeup cleanly and also, soft for your skin.
STEP 2 – Use a foaming cleanser for thorough remover of makeup. However,
remember to allow you skin to rest for about 10 minutes before the usage of foaming
cleanser.
*Allowing your skin to rest is important because you don’t want to hurt the skin by
rubbing it continuously.
STEP 3 – As your face is feeling fresh and clean, apply facial aloe gel to soothe and
cool down the skin. At the same time, your skin would be more moisturized.
You can get any facial aloe vera gel but as long as it’s for facial😊
STEP 4 – Wash off after 15 minutes and apply your toner and moisturizer to further
moisturize your skin! You can also apply your own serum or essence.
By doing this, your face can better absorb the minerals or vitamins from your facial
product. Soon, you’ll achieve a glow and dewy skin😊
MORNING
2. STEP 1 – Use lukewarm water to open the pores on your face and use your regular
foaming cleanser to cleanse out the products from last night. Wash off with cold water to
lock your pores.
STEP 2 – A hydrating mask is a good way start off your skin and leave it on for 15
minutes. You can also apply facial aloe vera. (Repeat this step thrice per week)
STEP 3 – Apply toner and moisturizer similar to the night routine. Personally, I prefer
adding essence since its rich and is a good way to rejuvenate my skin in the morning😊
