  4. Once Certified, you’ll receive materials to promote your Certified status: Badge Website Email signatures Banners in office/stores Profile on GPTW website Certified for 1 year
  5. It is important to note that you must first be GPTW Certified in order to be considered for our many Lists we produce throughout the year. All of the companies who make our Lists are Certified
  6. How do you get Certified? It’s a simply process really
  7. You’ll have a Certification Portal that walks you through the whole process from beginning to end.
  8. The first step is to launch our Trust Index survey to your employees. This survey is based on over 30 years of research and is used globally to assess workplace culture. Typically a 2 week survey window
  9. Gives us a full and complete picture of your organization
  10. After completing the Trust Index survey and Culture Brief, you’ll find out immediately if you meet the Certification threshold of a 65% average survey score.
  11. Once you’re certified, you’ll receive a profile on our website, a certification badge, and a marketing kit to show off that you’re a Certified, great place to work! Many companies use these in all their branding efforts, on their website, in their social channels, and especially in their recruiting materials to attract top talent. ​
  12. Once you get Certified, it’s time to celebrate! Get creative about how to promote and celebrate your certification! You can also view our website and other certified companies’ social media pages for inspiration
