This document provides instructions for sprouting lentils over 10-12 days. The process involves soaking the lentils for 12 hours, then draining and re-soaking them every 4 hours for 3 days to allow them to sprout. After 2 nights and 3 days, sprouts will begin to appear and continue growing if the soaking process is maintained for a total of 10-12 days, at which point various plant parts like stems and leaves will have developed and nutrients will have increased. The reader is tasked with taking photos during the sprouting process and writing descriptive sentences for 4 selected photos.
