project that had us, as a group, undergothe simulation of acquiring and owning an airline. We were to make key
decisions regarding the economic, social, and financial aspects of the company. This project spanned 3 months.

· Earned the Customer Service Excellence award at Harris Teeter. This award is voted for and chosen by my customers
and other customers that I interact with every day.
· Continued positive online and verbalcomments on my performance,by management and customers.

who cares about whatever task I am doing at any given time.
WORKS WELL WITH NUMBERS
· Am able to solve arithmetical questions that customers may have, without the use of externalresources.

· I have worked solidly with this company for nearly two years now, and they still schedule me for the maximum number
of hours possible, as they know I am a most valuable asset. The job is not difficult, but it requires subtleties not
mentioned in any of the training, in order to effectively become a mainstay in customers minds and hearts.
· As stated, I have received the Customer Service Excellence award and I always receive kind words and references from
my customers.
· I always hop to any task asked of me, and am therefore the go-to person for any task, including training many new
cashiers.
· In 1 year and 8 months, I have called out only 1 time, due to medical issues.
