CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT JUNE 2016 – PRESENT
 Currently involved in the construction of the 210 million dollar Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills. Working
with a team of 30, including 7 other superintendents. Average of 475 personnel onsite M-F and 250 Sat.
 Responsible for the construction of 4 kitchens: the L1 show kitchen and pool deck kitchen, staff café, and a 5-
star restaurant with an exterior seating capacity of 250. Other areas include the B1 & B2 parking and BOH for
hotel staff which consists of office areas, training rooms, and restroom/ shower facilities.
 Responsibilities include ensuring safety on the jobsite, detailing delivery schedules, and weekly schedule
meetings.
 Assisting with the design teams to coordinate a fast turnaround on RFI’s and field related discrepancies to the
design intent.
 Provide weekly schedule updates to the overall project schedule and integrate the areas involved to ensure
the project progresses in sequence, and resequencing of tasks as owner priorities change.
 Daily communication with trade foreman and subcontractor superintendents for proper field coordination to
keep the flow of work at its highest potential.
