Managing the MEP construction for the $750 million dollar redevelopment of Terminal 4 at JFK International Airport, in Queens, NY,
for Delta Air Lines. Oversaw the MEP Contractors for a 125,000 SF concourse expansion, multiple head-house expansions, and utility
infrastructure improvements. Coordinated the Terminal 4 Regional Jet Terminal Expansion Project which included an additional 11 Jet
Bridges of which I am directly overseeing the installation and commissioning. I am also the lead coordinator of 5 hydraulic elevators
and 5 escalators. In addition, I oversaw the new baggage handling conveyor system (BHS), including shutdowns and relocation of MEP
utilities of the existing baggage systems in coordination with JFK/IAT to avoid terminal operation disruptions. Responsibilities included
but not limited to BHS monitoring systems, emergency stop, baggage jamming systems, security monitoring systems (inline screening),
fire doors and deluge systems at fire rated BHS wall penetrations and insured minimum height clearances were maintained through
entire new BHS installation. I surveyed and oversaw the new routing of the fiber optic communication line between Terminals 2 and 4.

fixtures, and other unit requirements. Coordinated all finishes to completion in the allotted time frame. Supervised 20 plumbers, 15
electricians, 6 carpenters, 10 painters, 5 flooring mechanics, and 4 general laborers.

Completed a late contract with numerous coordination, damages, and design issues for a $150 million jail replacement in San Francisco.
Identified damages, the reasons for them, and implemented repairs. Authored field work directives, RFI’s, and back charge notices, also
coordinated work schedules, supervised 100 electricians and technicians, and scheduled electrical inspections.

I managed the installation, testing, and commissioning of life safety systems, security systems, electrical distribution, and installation of
Motor Control Panels (MCP) for the BHS systems for the $210 million new concourse at George Bush International Airport in Houston
TX. I supervised 150 electricians, 20 technicians, and 25 laborers representing four contractors during the expedited, 2-phase
construction. Supervised 87 electricians, 15 plumbers, and 6 building management systems technicians under 2 contractors. Coordinated
with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) on critical design and code issues. Directed contractors in an
emergency situation when the fire sprinkler piping burst and flooded the baggage handling area. The damaged pipe was isolated and the
