Social Media Marketing
GoldenComm is a strategic technology firm headquartered
in Newport Beach, Ca. Since its early years of operation, the
GoldenComm team saw opportunity in the industry’s
growing demand for technically-refined web development.
This opportunity served as the premise to build a team
comprised of highly technical talent. The company’s slogan,
“Websites That Work Harder,” emphasizes the importance of
creating websites that deliver the highest ROI for its
customers. Though aesthetics of a website’s design have
value, the GoldenComm team stands by its mission to
accelerate the growth of its customers with proven strategy.
Case Study
The Challenge
GoldenComm has had much success over the last 2 decades and
had not yet fully embraced the value of a social media strategy. The
question was: We have been successful so far, so why start one now?
Just because everyone else is doing it, or is there actually some real
incentive and value to invest in and deploy a social media strategy
for a B2B company?
The challenge was to put a strategy in place and get upper
management, executives, and employees buy in. A strategy of
consistency, creativity, and commitment that highlighted the unique
culture of the company soon started to gain some momentum and
generated enthusiasm and teamwork. The value of a solid and
successful social strategy has helped increase GoldenComm’s
competitive advantage in recruiting efforts, attracting top technical
talent and showcased GoldenComm’s teachings to a new and
broader audience to help businesses learn how they can make their
websites work harder for them.
The Strategy
We launched a cross platform social media strategy that included
Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and the company
blog. The initiative behind our campaign was to make sure we
highlighted GoldenComm’s core values by serving and honoring
others. This includes existing clients, partners and local businesses.
This strategy has helped amplify the GoldenComm brand, boost
website traffic, attract, engage and connect with clients, employees
and prospects.
Social isn’t just about promoting. It’s also about developing long
lasting, meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships. Utilizing
relevant online social media communities to foster brand advocacy,
loyalty and manage company reputation.

also implemented an in-depth analysis of what the competitors were doing on social media.
Creative | Design
Social communications begins with a powerful message, which can come in the form of
captivating text or awe-inspiring imagery. Our creative team developed our core messaging
and design in a visually engaging story that differentiates GoldenComm from the competition
and connected us with our audience in a unique way. Original content is Golden to audiences
and most importantly to Google.

To maintain a strong social presence it is imperative to
build valuable relationships within online communities
by actively participating in conversations. Keeping an
eye on social media growth, engagement, and
customer/employee feedback is important to monitor,
maintain and grow the brands social channels.

Tracking results and re adjusting campaigns are important factors when determining what is working
and what is not. Did audiences interact with last week’s social post? How much traffic did LinkedIn
drive to the website? Which social platforms are performing best? We tracked social metrics and KPIs

Content Creation | Management
Our focus was to create content that is original and unique. When implementing a social media strategy it is
important to consider unique content in your content creation strategy. Why is it so important? Because Google
changes its search engine formulas over 500 times a year in the pursuit of delivering results that are more

Since its early years of operation, the GoldenComm team saw opportunity in the industry’s growing demand for technically-refined web development.   • 2. The Challenge GoldenComm has had much success over the last 2 decades and had not yet fully embraced the value of a social media strategy. The question was: We have been successful so far, so why start one now? Just because everyone else is doing it, or is there actually some real incentive and value to invest in and deploy a social media strategy for a B2B company? The challenge was to put a strategy in place and get upper management, executives, and employees buy in. A strategy of consistency, creativity, and commitment that highlighted the unique culture of the company soon started to gain some momentum and generated enthusiasm and teamwork. The value of a solid and successful social strategy has helped increase GoldenComm’s competitive advantage in recruiting efforts, attracting top technical talent and showcased GoldenComm’s teachings to a new and broader audience to help businesses learn how they can make their websites work harder for them. The Strategy We launched a cross platform social media strategy that included Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and the company blog. The initiative behind our campaign was to make sure we highlighted GoldenComm’s core values by serving and honoring others. This includes existing clients, partners and local businesses. This strategy has helped amplify the GoldenComm brand, boost website traffic, attract, engage and connect with clients, employees and prospects. Social isn’t just about promoting.
