Program is structured into 4 different levels based upon level of involvement by partner in the sales process and customer engagements. Referral Partners*: commissions are paid up front on a onetime basis, not residual, and based on a percentage of the contracted MRC. Tier 1, 2, 3 Partners: commissions are paid on a monthly residual basis for the term of the contract as a percentage of the commissions GCG receives from the provider, not the contracted MRC.
