PLANNING
Devise a budget plan for Grace Camp and all related activities.
Manage budget during preparation, execution and follow-up of the camp
Devise a logistics plan regarding venue, promotional materials, meals, camp shirts, etc.
EXECUTION
Actively look for cheap venue and material suppliers and create a long-term liaison
Actively keep track of spending and make sure spending follows plan
Work alongside Fundraiser to reach out for corporate partners and sponsors
Provide support and work alongside other functions in order to ensure smooth
running of the camp

Supervise and foster personal and professional development of members of ER team
PARTNERSHIPS AND SPONSORS
Build network for the organization, including establishing new partnerships,
maintaining and developingcooperative relationship with partners
Actively search and build a network of sponsors for Grace Camp’s annual
summer camp
Plan and execute fundraising strategies for Grace Camp’s activities during the year
Work with co-leaders and other functions to ensure that the organization maintains
an ability to deliver contracted values to partners and sponsors
Search for future partnering opportunities between the organization and others with
similar goals
SUPPORT PROMOTION
Develop cooperative relationships with business contacts, journalists, etc
REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of fundraising environment and processes
good communication skills and commercial awareness

Develop and implement various strategies intended to recruit and retain members.
Keep in touch with the alumni network of Grace Camp 2014 ( including Guest Speakers,
Mentors, Judges ) and keep them up to date with the events of Grace Camp during
the year
Organize various post camp events (Annual Meeting, cultivation events, member
gatherings, etc.)
SUPPORT PROMOTION
Help develop various promotional materials (brochures, fliers, posters, invitations, etc.).
Prepare a monthly/quarterly e-newsletter
Maintain Facebook page along with PR Team
Use social media in creative ways to expand reach and support
REQUIREMENTS

Write and edit event scripts, reports, advertising and promotional materials, press
releases, and any other external communications

Keep in touch with the alumni network of Grace Camp 2014 ( including Guest Speakers, Mentors, Judges ) and keep them up to date with the events of Grace Camp during the year Organize various post camp events (Annual Meeting, cultivation events, member gatherings, etc.) SUPPORT PROMOTION Help develop various promotional materials (brochures, fliers, posters, invitations, etc.). Prepare a monthly/quarterly e-newsletter Maintain Facebook page along with PR Team Use social media in creative ways to expand reach and support REQUIREMENTS The one who shows that Grace Camp is always grateful to our network of alumni network, including campers, mentors, guest speakers Positive, outgoing and endearing personality
