On the 23 Sept, the case manager had received two TCON s regarding assistance with
medication management. The case manager documents that she left a message on
Mother s phone, that she should contact he child s psychiatrist for appointment...
Not all consults are accepted for case management, even if there is action by the
case manager pertaining to the consult, these consults would fall into the criteria of
care coordination which are episodic cases. That being said, this case would meet
the criteria for case management due to the multiple specialty providers and multiple
health conditions requiring the case manager to make at least monthly follow up and
as needed by the case manager and the Mother. From the initial note, the case
manager did not enroll patient into case management at the start of the initial

of time to continue to make Rolla a great place to live. Rolla is full of comfort and

economic status seems to be a bit intense. Here is why, while this is a great place to
live it can be hard for our citizens to find a good job here in this area. While there are

community members who are adults, there are not a lot of organizations for our

grown if it was not for this experience. Through my experience, I have made friends,
realized what all the Honors College has to offer and connect freshmen with others. I
learned how I lead best, how to not always be the leader, what my strengths are and
how to use them to their full potential, and what needs to happen differently next
semester in hopes to improve the experience for the freshmen.
I thought our mentor class was absolutely phenomenal. Tiffany continuously led us
well and reigned us in well when we needed to get down to business. Her leadership,
council, and example made a difference for me when leading my freshmen. She
was also very encouraging, which was much needed. At the beginning, I was
intimidated by Rebecca being in our class each week. However, the intimidation
faded, and I quickly learned to appreciate her. She had many great suggestions as
well as a great insight. I may be an extrovert, but on the first day of our mentor
class, I was very intimidated and nervous. I had no earthly idea what to expect.

Indium is a trivalent metal. Though chemically not so reactive, it often forms
complexes within its binary alloys. In this theoretical work we have studied the
impact of eigenvalues on the electron phonon coupling strength of indium. We have
also dealt with the same for two binary alloys of it viz. indium magnesium and
indium zinc. First of all we have computed the non local screened form factor for
each of them. For this purpose initially the orthogonalised plane wave parameter is
considered as unity. Thereafter Vashishta Singwi form of exchange and correlation
are employed. For indium the Clementi eigenvalues being not available, the
experimental energy values have been taken besides the Herman Skillman core
energy eigenvalues. Our results are quite satisfactory for the metal. For the alloys
our results lie within the range of values as obtained by other researchers. Our
computation reveals that the superconducting state parameter can be reasonably
reproduced by Harrison s first principle pseudopotential technique along with
McMillan s formalism provided a proper choice of the core energy eigenvalues is
made.

The first, and most prominent, reasoning behind the commercial is emotion, or

includes clips of previously abused animals, the staff caring for them, and singer
Sarah McLachlan talking about how the viewers can help. Reason one that the

The overall theme in Walt Whitman s Drum Taps is about the way war consumes
everything and monopolizes every facet of life; particularly the land the war is fought
on. When analyzing the poem, the first stanza talks about the movement of war from
the farms, the second stanza talks about the progression of warfrom the farm to the
city. In stanza three this journey continues through the battlefield, through the halls of
power and finally into the homes, moving from the public to private spheres of life.
Throughout the entire poem there is an emphasized pulse of drums that beats within
the lines. This pulse of drums resonates throughout the entire poem and prompts me
to wonder how Whitman intended to utilize this mechanism. Furthermore, I want to
uncover if the sounds of these drums is symbolic in some way, and if they are, then
I wonder if this symbolism represents a positive view or negative view on war.
My first interpretation is that these drums represent Whitman s negative perspective
on war. I feel that the use of the pulse of drums throughout the poem acts as a
mechanism that Whitman uses in order to discourage war. I feel that these sounds are
symbolic of the dire news at the time that consisted of the battles. It seems that
Whitman is addressing this pulse of drums in attempt to highlight the effect this war

Like the bench I also redid, I wanted to pick a smaller item that would be better to
start with rather than something large. To begin this project I gathered my needed
supplies including wood stripper, Early American wood stain, steel wool, varnish,
sandpaper and thick gloves. I then placed my headboard on a board balanced on
two sawhorses. To continue, I put on my gloves and put large amounts of stripper
on small sections of the wood and let them set before scrubbing. I found that this was
harder than the bench because of the large amounts of paint on the headboard. This

I first took a towel and rubbed it across the front and back of the headboard, before
using a sticky cloth to wipe up any remaining dust. When completed I was able to
apply the stain with the help of gloves and a foam paint brush. This part went fairly
quickly, which was good seeing as there are two sides. Waiting for one side to dry
so I could start of the other took several hours. Once both sides were finally done, I
could move on to varnishing. On the first coat of varnish, I simply applied the
liquid over the stain. The next thing I did was take soft steel wool and smooth it
over the wood so it had a polished feel. I once again went over the front and back

had to be repeated one more time on each side. This took a very long time,

First and foremost a psychological definition of empathy is required. Empathy as
defined by Goubert, a sense of knowing the experience of another person with
cognitive, affective and behavioural components. The simplified version is knowing
the personal experiences of another. Now that empathy has been defined, what are all
the different effects of empathy? There are two main impacts of empathy that are
discussed. Technically speaking both are negative, but in different ways. Common
empathy related disorders are about not having a lack of empathy. My question is
about how empathy can be harmful if you are too empathetic much of it.
A member of the International Association for the Study of Pain, Liesbet Goubert,
researched and wrote an article showcasing how an empathetic person is affected
when faced with someone in pain. Essentially, there are multiple mechanisms that
empathy can follow, two are bottom up and top down. Bottom up is a mechanism
that uses the facial and verbal cues of another person to empathise or feel what
they are feeling. Top down goes past the surface; it looks into your own personal
experiences as the empathizer. Both play a role in the whole concept of empathy.
