7. How you treat your junior
when they are not
working properly..??
 Just guide them don’t scold junior just help
them to complete their work.
 Next time onward juniors will definitely take
care of mistakes.
 Treat them as equal so we all call each other
by name / surname not sir or boss

8.  To become successful you must have aim in
your life.
 In short you should have one goal for which
you cannot sleep.

9. Always think about future technologies.
as an engineer always think creative.

10. My journey starts from struggle after completing
engineering as I don’t have job.
I went at interview at small Company but nobody takes my
Interview then I request the supervisor of the company that I
don’t want salary I want experience then he allow me . So I
worked for a weak in company seeing my hard work my
supervisor decide to appointed me as a employ in the company
even they had offer me the salary of that week which I have done
as a trial only . Now I am working with tech Mahindra after
clearing 5 round of interview .so I believe if you work hard you
can achieve any things in your life.

We are building a school for village people
nearby the organization which will be very
useful for society education.
