15+ years working experience in telecom industry, especially mobile communication. Overall end to end experience from
handset to core network, from TACS to TD-LTE, from Motorola to NSN. Focus on performance and optimization in mobile
network/tcpip/wifi/mobile device. Working on ETSI/3GPP specifications over 10 years which the release from pre-phase1
to R10 which cover GSM/GPRS/CS34/EDGE/UMTS/LTE/LTE-A. Expert in Um/UU/eUtra air interface in signaling
troubleshooting and benchmarking. Multiple oversea project and e2e Telecom project experiences, in case bidding, kickoff,

drive/controller. Also disassembling all the family mobile phone/laptop/TV/electronic for repairing and fan. Manage my
home power system for example designed and build IC quick charger for different type battery cell. Upgraded high efficient
LED lights for power saving and environment. Touch internet very early in mainland China, more than 20 years ago which
means always online learning and working mode. now on thinking cloud technology which running between bare metal
and OS layer can do handover, high availability, cluster mode, loading balance, fault tolerance, high scale and distribution
system. all those cloud properties not only similar telecom running mode but also can do serve each other great. So I build
cloud bed in home which focuses on computing/networking/storage. For examples Apache CloudStack and Ubuntu
OpenStack with MAAS and hybrid disk with array raid0/SSD/SSHD even hadoop try..

* 12/2012-1/2013, enabled world first live HDTV broadcast on CCTV5 via TD-LTE at Xiamen marathon. Associate customer
build e2e platform, as the key technical specialist rolling all parts. Testing CPEs in live network, multiple codec's tuning,
network optimize and antenna mode selection. Integration, verification and troubleshooting e2e solution. At the day
guarding in TV station editor room to getting good scenes when live broadcast.
* 4/2011-9/2013, TD-LTE project and supporting function, I designed dual carrier TD-LTE small antenna coverage in high
density commercial road. Build dual band tri-carrier TD-LTE system for the XMCC demo center in Xiamen softpark2.
Innovated tri-carrier TD-LTE solution plus multi channel Wi-Fi coverage for high loading indoor scenario, which TD-LTE
achieved stable 80+80+60mbps download speed +3x20mbps upload speed. Apply Simultaneous Voice and LTE in Xiamen
TD-LTE network. Demonstrated mobile broadband TD-LTE system on many Exhibitions/marketing events/projects for both
Xiamen MCC and Fujian MCC. One good sample is demonstrated lovely robot NAO. Demo the robot for year under TD-LTE
plus Wi-Fi solution. Before the successful demos its must integration NAO with TD-LTE and Wi-Fi environment. Creative
and edit behaviors, interactive scenes, music, language, moving, dancing, talking, sensing.. Then programming, adopting
and rehearsal many times on every site. Physical layer throughput analysis plus optimize on antenna mode, common
channel config, frame structure, tcp buffer size, then demonstrated peek throughput for both cat3/cat4 UE in live network.
Provide optimize TCP UL/DL simultaneous data transfer solution in MBB. Innovative thin AP over Lte solution and dual
cell/carrier high performance indoor system for good demo. Meanwhile maintenance and optimize all on live TD-LTE end
user device from different vendor, which in different type such as CPE/Mifi/dongle. In case debugging IOT issue by Sequans
3. tool kit. The root cause is SIB2 IOT issue on both Potevio RF and Sequans chipset. For NSN 4G mifi products involved in
design works. Apply Android app combination for testing and optimization propose.
Deployment large scale field test TD-LTE network in Xiamen city from beginning. At beginning time rapid build inventory
tools for all on live enodeB/RRU combine with fault log, alarms and ECM/EMM status. Which the tools can do running
through anyone enodeB because 4g flat all ip architecture. Together with team done MII TD-LTE large scale field test. Doing
research and functional test for CMCC, which include multi antenna test cases, small antenna test cases, two pipes mode
vs. 8pipes, plus Active antenna system, 4band antenna and so on. All these research test case base on field which cover
network planning, deployment, integration, optimization, analyzation and documentation.

* 9/2010-4/2011, base on long term lab test experience in MTNet and CMRI lab. Build TD-LTE test environment case by case
in both test bed. For example, integration enodeB to EPC, upgrading software, loading the patch. Connecting test UE or
TM500 plus combiner/splitter into eNB multi antenna port. Made ipv6 multi PDP data call, and lots of RF test case.
* 10/2006-9/2010, optimization service MotoVIP project as team leader. Build whole system monitoring PCU fault and
benchmarking everyday in BMCC live network. The tools base on big data which combine signaling messages,
measurement data, performance data, location info and configuration data in time domain then make EDGE/GPRS packet
network service running intelligence which the network holding huge user and traffic. And also optimize the performance
by internal dynamic coding scheme algorithms which are patent and make only Motorola GPRS system support CS34.
* 7/2006-10/2006, optimization service UMTS project in MTC Kuwait. Optimize 2G/3G interworking functions and interfreq
HO, such as lower Compress Mode threshold to keep subscribers in 3G. Driver test and large scale antenna tuning to
correct overshooting and poor coverage issue, as result lower the system internal noise and improve coverage and
performance. Optimize PS setting improve data rate. Build post-processing tools for missing neighbor correction.
* 5/2006-7/2006, PTT over Cellar trial in Hangzhou city which the end to end system running on HZMCC GPRS network.
Optimization GPRS network improved PoC end-user experience. The key techs are also Moto cs34 and enhance one phase
access.
* 7/2005-5/2006, Greenfield UMTS project Taiwan VIBO. Deployment pure 3G network. Regular optimization service in
cluster mode. Troubleshooting all kinds of issue like UE's, nodeB/RNC software, scrambling code planning, RF interference.
Setup the troubleshooting procedure for uplink interference issue, addressed the most abnormal case is PHS interference .
* 8/2003-7/2005, MII/CMCC UMTS lab and field test in Beijing. China Telecom UMTS field trial in Shanghai. UMTS field trial
in Swindon UK.
* 1/2001-8/2003, deployment National wide e2e GPRS network for CMCC. Associate BMCC research the CS34 performance.
Which include multi vendor UE test under Motorola GERAN. Then push upgrade on all Moto GERAN for CMCC. Because of
CS34 high data rate plus our very well optimization services, Chengdu MCC got the no.1 position of countrywide CMCC 3rd
part performance test.
* 1/2000-12/2000, MII LMDS lab test in Beijing. Completed two product line lab tests which are working at 26G and 30G.
One is from Spectra Point in Dallas US, the other is Motorola Fixed Wireless Systems Group in Phoenix US. Have the
training on both sites.
