 Good knowledge of Radio interface protocols for LTE and GSM (RRC, RLC/MAC, RRM, S1AP, SON, MM etc).  Good end to end system knowledge and mobility management for LTE and GSM.  System/KPI level testing for access network and Multi radio products (GSM/LTE).  Customer support during SW pilot and new product introduction.  Team handling- Local as well as global team and Technical competency development of the team.  Proficient at Test planning and execution activities with respect to protocol testing, Design and consolidation of test cases, collection of reviews and requirement mapping.
