THE CURFEW
• The Curfew is an interactive drama adventure game set in a
near future England which challenges players to examine the
freedoms they enjoy today.
PROBLEM SOLVING
• ”By exploring the interactive 3D environments, conversing with
characters, playing mini games and solving puzzles you
progress through the game, the story shifting depending on
your actions and leading towards one of a number of endings.”
COLLABORATION
• Students will work with a partner as they follow the game.
COMMUNICATION
• Students will work on listening and comprehension skills as
they go through the game. They will also have to talk with
classmates about the game and participate in class discussion.
CRITICAL THINKING
• The game gives a wide variety of paths for the student to
choose. By making them analyze the moves and think through
their responses, they will be tested to think critically.

• This game incorporates a wide variety of skills. The students
will need to be able to process the wide variety of information
the game delivers through the multimedia videos and use of
the computer software.

• This game brings up many issues currently facing the western
world. The role of government in the security of the people,
and where the line is crossed in the name of safety, is
becoming a more and more pressing issue everyday.
