This document discusses future skills that will be important for workers and defines several of those skills. It defines critical thinking, social intelligence, situational adaptability, cultural intelligence, computational thinking, media literacy, transdisciplinarity, design mindset, cognitive load management, and virtual collaboration. For each skill, it provides a brief explanation of why the skill will be important for future workers and sometimes provides an example. The overall message is that as technology advances, human workers will need skills like complex problem-solving, social and cultural awareness, and the ability to make sense of large amounts of data.
