To achieve buy-in, budget approval, or a project green light you must first engage. As marketers we study the art of engagement. We develop programs, content, and analytics to maximize engagement with our prospects, customers, and channel partners. We recognize that we must deliver content that educates, nurtures, and motivates. As marketers we recognize that we must deliver the right content, to the right people, at the right time, and through the right channel. And as marketers we understand that the most effective form of engagement results from storytelling.
So why do we fail so miserably at engaging our internal audience? More than any business unit, marketing should have perfected the business presentation. And yet, we often fall back into the bad habit of bullet-point heavy PowerPoint presentations, charts and graphs, and messaging that focuses on what’s missing versus what is possible.
In order to succeed you must create an internal environment for success. To do this you must guide the company to the realization that the initiative is a change for the better and that they are a part of that positive change. And much like engaging with your external audience, engaging with your internal audience requires preparation, analysis, relevant content with context, and storytelling.

Pathways for sustainable development of mixed crop-livestock systems in devel...ILRI
Presented by Shirley Tarawali, Mario Herrero, Katrien Descheemaeker, Elaine Grings and Michael Blümmel at the Workshop on the Assessment for sustainable development of animal production systems, 3 November 2011.
The presentation was shared at the recent annual meeting of the American Society for Plant Biologists, and outlines the barriers to agricultural technology adoption in developing countries and discusses the potential role of biofortification in helping people get access to more nutritious food worldwide.
This presentation was given by Alan de Brauw, Senior Researchers in the Markets Trade and Institutions Division at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). Alan also serves as Flagship Leader of Value Chains for Enhanced Nutrition for the CGIAR Research Program on Agriculture for Nutrition and Health (A4NH). More information can be found at a4nh.cgiar.org.
This is a talk I gave as part of the "Nourishing 9 Billion" symposium at the 2014 American Society for Plant Biologists Annual Meeting in Portland, Oregon. I talked first about how major grains are actually quite available in an aggregate sense-- moreover there is plenty of unexploited capacity. A larger problem is a relative lack of availability of nutritious crops -- legumes and pulses, fruits, and vegetables, and among specific populations animal source foods. Two ideas to reduce micronutrient deficiencies, being promoted by the CGIAR program Agriculture for Nutrition and Health, are to promote nutritious crops and foods through value chains, as well as to promote micronutrient intakes through biofortification.
IMPACT OF GLOBALIZATION ON AGRICULTURESabir Shaikh
Indian agriculture has made rapid strides since Independence. In taking the annual food grains production from 51 million tonnes in early fifties to 206 million tonnes at the turn of the century, it has contributed significantly in achieving self-sufficiency in food and in avoiding food shortages.

7. Walk in Tunnel“The tunnels provide a microclimate around the crops that essentially fools them into thinking it is a different season than it really is,”
26. Human Resource Functions Hire the Fresh graduates having good academics Provide them better compensation Clarifying them their objectives Provide them proper training Give them their career objectives

Trained human force equipped with the latest technology will definitely beneficial for us. Focus on skill enhancement and capacity building will broaden the spectrum of our business Weakness Targeting the Punjab, so might be when we go in other province there arises some strong competitors. Negative cash flows in our early years, this can be our weakness in longer run, if we unable to recover these early sales gaps.
30. SWOT Analysis (Cont.) Opportunities Huge potential of productivity enhancement Economic potential for the individual farmers as well as for state great social potential in form of community mobilization No outstanding private competition Threats Most of the target population is illiterate so, we may not able to proper communicate with them Due to having conservative mentality, we have to face problem to mold their behavior towards new trends. The farmers are used to existing method of cultivation, it may be harder for them to adopt the new one.
