This document provides an overview of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation including key features, packages, timelines, scope, methodology, and project plan. The implementation aims to streamline HR processes, generate metrics-based reporting, integrate data across applications, and reduce implementation time/costs through a SaaS model. The scope includes deploying essential functions in Package 1 within 6 months, then additional functions in Package 2 within 12 months. Data migration will focus on active employee data provided in templates. Optional expansion packs also exist.
