Two Missouri men have been arrested and charged with the murder of Bonita Springs doctor Teresa
Sievers.
Jimmy Rodgers and Curtis Wayne Wright have been taken into custody and charged for Sievers
murder. Wright has been charged with second degree murder.

I saw a male White, later identified as Suspect Marcus David Urena in the seating area of the
Fillmore Metro Station. I immediately recognized Urena from prior police contacts in the field. I
conducted a records check on Urena, through my patrol unit s (#52) computer and learned that he
had an outstanding warrant for his arrest (see attached printout).
I contacted Urena at the above location and advised him of the outstanding warrant. Urena admitted
that he had two glass pipes in his backpack. I handcuffed and arrested Urena for the outstanding
