2. For the cover of my magazine I had to crop the picture I took since I
didn’t want the background to show. I had to select the image, and
cut it so I could paste it on my magazine.

3. Once I had pasted the image and positioned it I put my
masthead up, which took a bit of time as I wasn’t sure which font
and colour to use.

around and looking at
other magazines like
Billboard and other Pop
music magazines, I
changed my font. I
made the font colour
bright to make it look
like a Pop magazine. I
added special edition
to entice my audience.

5. To attract more
readers I also added
some famous artists
who have a big
fandom. Finishing off
I added the
barcode and price
to make it realistic
along with the
website.

6. This was my first draft,
when making the front
cover for my magazine
as you can see I used
bright colours to show
that it’s a pop
magazine.

7. When I did my second draft I
was told to put the cover story
artist at top to show she was
the main feature, I also
changed around the colour for
my masthead as it wasn’t
looking like a pop music
magazine and needed more
colour. I added a bar down
the bottom to entice my
audience more and make it
look more attractive.

8. This is my final drafts, as I made
a lot of changes in this one,
making the feature artist name
bolder to show she was the
main story and also I put my
articles in line making it look
even. I also made the
masthead bigger making it
stand out more and attract my
audiences eye.
