As a hub Engineer my responsibilities in this project.
Providing the internet service throughout INDIA. through the satellite
communication(INSAT3C).customer end there is one VSAT antenna this will be
connoted to the skyedge modem in customer site,. Through that they used to
receive the signal For educational departments and schools & collages’ used to
monitor the customer site networks through remotely. if any problems occurs
from customer end is used to suggest them, or else if any problems within HUB I
used to rectify, and I used to support engineers who goes to to the customers
side whenever there is problem which customer not aware about that.
