Projects Experience :
 Academic Mini-Projecttitled “Stand-aloneGPS CoordinatesLocator”
Description: This project is a small application based on Global Positioning
System. The objective of the project was to depict the useof GPSmodule/receiver
in tracking the location of person with the help of the stand-alonecoordinates i.e.,
latitude and longitude which are independentof each other and to know the
workingof GPSusingtrilateration method.
The location was tracked using Visual GPSSimulator which could give the
information about latitude, longitude, time, date and number of active satellites of
the particular location.
Team size:4 members Duration: 3 months
Hardware used: GPSmoduleS1216R, MAX 232, P89V51RD2, LCD display and
power supply
Software used: Trimble GPSStudio, Visual GPSNavigator, Keil µ Vision IDE
 Academic Project for the finalyear titled “Spatial KnowledgeAssessment for
Indoor Navigation without using GPS”
Aim : This work intendsto develop an algorithm which can map the navigation,
from the data retrieved from the gyro scope and a rotation wheel sensor. These
valuesare stored in a memory unit. This helps to find/form anavigation map
insidea buildingwhere there is no reception of GPS satellite data and thus
enabling the processingof spatial data and create navigation in a given indoor
space.

 Attended a 12 daysworkshop on “TI University Program on Embedded Android
on Beagle Board”, January 2014.
