Justify by giving own example.
Answer- Yes, my personality need development in
speaking as well as in body language.
Example- I need to improve my speaking skills because
while speaking I made many mistakes in grammar. And I
also need to improve my body language because it is
important part of communication.

5. Q2- Name one external and internal motivational factor
which motivates you to achieve your goal?
Answer- External motivational factor which motivates me
to achieve my goal is money, as you all know that money
is need for us. Everybody work for money and need
money to fulfil his/her dreamy things.
Internal motivational factor which motivates me to achieve
my goal is my dream. I want to become an IAS officer so
this will motivates me every time.

7. The quality of leadership I posses is “planning”
Because when I do any work I always plan first then
implement that plan. I did many task in my college as a
leader with my team and at that time I also plan first then
implement that task.

Answer- I do my work as adult ego state, because I know
that situation before, so I can do that work easily.
Example- I do studies daily because when I was in my
school, my teacher always say that do study daily it will

10. Q2- When you are leading a team, one of the team
members doesn’t get along with the team. How will you
handle the person?
Answer- I will motivate that person for doing our task and
if he will not agree then I will understand him by listening
his problem by this I will come to know what is the
problem then I will solve that problem. And I also build
confidence in him by which it will help me to access our
goal.

communication? What will you do to overcome them?
Answer-
Barriers to successful communication are-
Personal- personal barriers include moods, prejudices,
communicating with non-decision makers, differing IQs.
Physical- physical barriers include faulty equipment, doors,
partitions, distance and all physical blocks to
communication.
Semantic- semantic barriers are language barriers.

12. I will overcome with barriers by improving my additional
language because additional language will help me to
interact with more persons.
I will also make my smiley face always because it shows
good sign while talking.
