30. Terminologies and Glossary:
•Distributor: A person who has bought an FHP Imuregen Pack and completed his registration in the system.
He/she is entitled to earn bonuses based on the compensation plan and will be subject to the terms and conditions
of the company.
Also referred to as an Independent Business Owner (IBO)
•Preferred Customer: Term used for retail customers. He cannot sign up other distributors and cannot receive MLM commissions.
He will not be placed in the genealogy.
•Sponsor: A distributor who personally brings in a new Distributor
•Direct Member: A distributor who was personally brought by a Sponsor.
•Autoship: Repurchase package of a distributor.
•Bonus: the incentive given to distributors based on the achieved qualifications
•Commissionable Volume (CV): The allotted points per package of the FHP products. 1 CV = $1
•Personal Volume (PV): the amount of CV accumulated by a distributor from his/her personal purchase.
•Active Status: Purchasing the required Personal Volume within 30 days increment for you to earn from the bonuses, pools and incentives.
•Sponsorship/Generation Leg: the placement position starting from each of your directs down to their subsequent distributors.
