Jessica has the mandate to keep the business on right
track to manage all back office functions and carrying out
research for all senior, mid management assignments.
She also specialises in the Retail Banking sector with all
front office positions.
Vanessa Walker Financial Controller
Vanessa is responsible for all aspects of the company’s
financial management including payroll, invoicing,
reconciliation, accounts, VAT and debt recovery.
Charles Walker CEO and Founder
Charles vision is focused on the creation of a niche

responsibilities range from strategic and brand direction,

Keith Holyoake Regional Resourcing Manager – North West,
Scotland & Northern Ireland regions
Keith has recently joined Focus as a Regional Resourcing
Manager. He has a wealth of experience in the financial
services sector having previously worked as an adviser and
consultant in both tied and independent roles. Keith
understands the importance of building and developing strong
relationships with clients and candidates in his dedicated
regions.
Paul Stewart Regional Resourcing Manager – South West &
South Wales region
Paul has recently rejoined Focus as a Regional Resourcing
Manager. He has a wealth of experience in the Commercial
Banking and General Insurance market.
Paul believes in the importance of developing strong
