Pamper Your Best Client
Show that you have considered their wants and needs

                  Make the effort




            and you will be rewarded
Ask the Right Questions
Gabrielle didn’t ask her client any specifics about
                  budget or size




    Her team misjudged what they wanted

           Get information you need
Make Sure You Shine
Laura didn’t do a bad job this week


      But she didn’t do a good job either




An “alright” performance is not always “alright”
