- #4 This is the minimum legal requirement for buildings in the Kingdom
- #5 These should be carried out on a regular basis unless there is a change of floor plan which could affect the egress from the building. A major increase of staff levels or new machinery is fitted, all these changes would result in the fire risk assessment being ammended
- #6 These test ensure all equipment is tested and maintained so they will function correctly in the event of a fire
- #7 The emergency procedures document the persons responsible for fire safety and the actions of staff in the event of a fire starting
- #8 All staff who are expected to use safety equipment should be fully trained and have any relevent literature on the equipment
