Dr. T.V. Rao discusses finding happiness in life. While many advances have been made in science, education, and technology, schools for happiness and common sense have yet to be established. Happiness is life's most cherished goal across all cultures. However, prosperity and material gains have not increased happiness scores, which have remained relatively static. True happiness comes from within and cultivating a positive attitude. By keeping busy, exercising, and smiling, one can overcome unhappiness and find joy in both big and small things in life. Happiness depends more on one's contributions to the world than on what the world provides.

1. FINDING HAPPINESS IN LIFE?

In spite so many advances in science, education and technology there are yet no schools for
HAPPINESS AND COMMONSENSE. If you ask any Human what they really want many in the world
wishes to be happy within the circumstances one lives. Happiness is life's most cherished goal. On
every continent, in every country and in every culture, when people are asked, "What do you want?"
the most popular answer is "HAPPINESS." When parents are asked, "What do you most want for
your children?" the answer is "happiness." If you ask me what makes the teacher HAPPY is to
engage the students to the future, Happiness is the goal that makes other life goals—like
success, prosperity and relationships—feel meaningful and enjoyable. It is easy to make a simple and
poor man happier than a rich man and a miser who will never find happiness and continues to live in
isolation sharing little of the fortune with any one in life or even never smiles to the helpless people,
In spite of prosperity and materialistic gains the scores on happiness are not increased, many are
experiencing what researchers call "static happiness." In the 1940s, when people were asked, "How
happy are you?" the average score was 7.7 out of 10. Most recently, the average score was 7.2 out
of 10. It means with all the gains and fortune people learnt to be happy, I wish the Happiness is also
an art to be cultivated with willingness to Find Happiness within oneself. Everything you need to be
happy is within you. There is just lack of enlightenment and that is why you haven't noticed. We are
truly powerful human beings. In everything, there is more positive than negative resources and
ideas. An example: The positive outlook is that you are being taught by your own actions because
you didn't like how you felt. The seniors and people in power are hurt when they are not respected
or ignored, what they preach Learn from yourself, teach yourself, love yourself. And, if you don't
believe in yourself, then most of these things and positive things wouldn't be achieved! Practice
what you read or preach, before you preach what you practice! Best lesson in life continues to be
choose the ideal goals in the life. Do things that are enjoyable to you! With Positive attitude. The
senior teachers and professors are unhappy when they compete in the system with colleagues,
today few teachers concentrate on learning better wisdom or any advances the subject they teach
and live with circumstances to be challenged by everyone, never forget the knowledge will serve you
and help you find true joy in almost any matter. There is no need to depend on others. Be who you
want. You are the consciousness of your being! If you imagine deeply Happiness is not a static
prosperity it is always dynamic factor to the circumstances. No one can always be happy. . We know
that sometimes the glass isn’t only half empty, it’s just empty. But happiness is knowing that the
glass is only empty for now; that it has held water before and it will hold water again. Happiness is
recognizing that even the empty glass has value. Happiness is the moment between the moments.
Next time when you are Unhappy with matters and life try to create some work Keep yourself
busy. You know what they say about idle hands, right? Research has consistently found that people
who stay busy are happier than people who stand idle. Not only is too much free time, a little
depressing, factor, it can also be unproductive. Think of all the things you could be doing, like joining
talking to wise and finding some new book in library and just reading elevates our mind and also
overcome our ignorance. If there is no one to make you happy just walk a mile to be happy whatever
you do, and whoever you are, exercise. Research has established a pretty firm link between exercise
and overall happiness. Exercise can increase endorphins in your body, lowering your overall stress
levels and giving you that blissed-out feeling. Scientists have found that the act of smiling may
actually made you happier. That's right: just smiling. Give it a try. Find any one of the following

funny ideas, If you are seriously Unhappy with the World it means you have stopped contributing
something good to the world. As a Child my great mentor was Walt Disney’s Micky Mouse a little
creature creates world of its own inspires many difficult and funny creatures around. You just have
to stop trying to find Happiness. Never forget we cannot be Happy in life without ourselves being
the Hero of Happiness try practising to be a role of a Hero. However New Year cannot makes us
Happy unless we wish first ourselves TO BE HAPPY.
