AT&T made over 80 upgrades to its wireless network in Erie, Lorain and Medina counties in Ohio in 2016, adding capacity and speeds to cell towers. Across Ohio, AT&T made over 1,900 upgrades to its wireless network last year. The upgrades in the three counties included over 40 added layers of radio frequency spectrum and expanding radio frequencies on over 40 towers. AT&T invested nearly $1.5 billion in its Ohio wireless and wired networks from 2013 to 2015.
