Oratile Monareng has worked for TEACH South Africa since 2015, first as an Ongoing Support intern and now in their Recruitment and Selection department. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from North West University. In his roles at TEACH South Africa, he has responsibilities like data entry, communicating with stakeholders, assisting with workshops and training, developing recruitment strategies, and helping to select and place candidates. Oratile believes that adding value for his employer is important and demonstrates skills like leadership, problem solving, and meeting deadlines.
