On the third day of filming, the crew filmed Bethany watching over her shoulder from different angles to get the right shot. They filmed two versions of this scene - one where Bethany says "It's me" and one where she doesn't speak. They ultimately chose the first version because it builds more tension, which fits the genre of the film. Later, they filmed most of the scenes where characters run from Bethany, which was difficult to focus on the characters' feet in close-ups but they were able to complete the shots.
