1) A group of friends investigate reports of a mysterious creature called Gleam Eyes that has been attacking people in their local park. 2) While in the park at night, they encounter Gleam Eyes - a tall, glowing-eyed figure in a suit that emits a terrifying scream. 3) As each friend is killed off one by one, the two remaining must use a special flask of water found in the park to battle and destroy Gleam Eyes before they become its next victims.

Film Proposal: A group of friends who have known each other for a long
time, have lived near each other, went to the same school and grew up
together in general, it starts off with them as 16 year olds during sixth form
who start to see things in the news and in the newspapers about people going
missing, when they research this “creature” online the find some information
on the last known location of the person investigating it, so they think that this
is just a hoax to scare people, so they go to look for this mystery creature.
When they get to the park where it had been spotted the park was closed off to
the public, but a gate wasn’t going to stop them from seeing if this thing was
real or myth, once inside they look around for quite some time before deciding
it was time for it to end but out of the corner of Zak’s eye he spots something
in the distance, something glowing they joke around about the creature before
turning round to see something standing there, a tall dark figure around 6 ft.,
glowing eyes, wearing a suit, it would open its mouth to reveal more light and
a retched scream, scaring off the trio, they hoped it would be over, but that
was just the start. When each of them returned home they were all tormented
by the imprint of the things face in their minds, haunting their dreams, they
could not get the image out of theirs heads. When they went to school the next
day they all spoke about the events that took place and what they should do
about it, they decide to look into it online some more, online it says that once
you have seen the being which is Gleam Eyes, you can’t escape what happens
next, at it night it comes and strikes with this information Michael and John
become scared, but Zak doesn’t believe it is real and it was some sort of prank
John and Michael warn him to stay to go home early and stay away from dark
empty places, he just reply’s with yeah, sure in a sarcastic voice and leaves
before they all depart for a day of school. Throughout the day they all begin to
see strange things, the figure following in them at different points in the day,
and it mostly follows Zak, when the end of the day had come Zak had to stay
behind to do work so when he left school it was a little late and dark out,
while walking his usual rout home he was in a very quiet place, he turns
around to see who is around and there is no one but when he turns around
again the gleam eyes is there and kills him. When he doesn’t come to school
for a few John and Michael get worried and go ti his house before finding out
he was killed they become very sad and not try and find a way to stop the
creature they look in the bag they found at the park before reading through a
journal left by the unknown traveller, they only way to stoop the creature is to
hit it with the water I have in the flask, it will burn the creature up and is the
only way to stop it they collect their thoughts a return to where they first saw
the creature , when approaching they call out for it and it appears and
attempts to kill them when fought John gets caught and killed it buys enough
time for Michael to hit it with the water before it burns up when it falls to the
ground as its lit up eyes fade out he walks away happy and sad but a low angle
shot of the creatures head while he walks away shows some light coming
back before the movie ends.
Trailer Proposal: The trailer starts off with the
group of friends hanging out and having fun in
school, before it cuts to a scene with them on a
computer looking at information on a computer
and them talking about how this “thing” links to
the recent disappearances of people. The next
shot is when they have the idea to go to the park
and look for this creature then a shot of them
walking through the park in darkness to find this
creature then a black screen with one of their
voices saying let’s get out of here before they walk
off screen toward the camera, revealing the
creature in the distance then there are some
scenes of the creature following them around their
daily business before some of them being attacked
and some cut in and out shots of the creature.
