Mike Glennon presented a document on file management and saving to network folders. The document instructs users to click "File" then "Save As" and select the blue square with an arrow icon to expand the window. It advises clicking the second option under "Shared" to save to the HomeDir$ network folder, which represents the user's personal network folder that can be accessed from any computer. It notes that when viewing the network folder in the dock, it will display the user's initial and last name, but warns that the local home folder with the same name is only located on the individual computer and is not a network folder.
