OUTSOURCING
Resourcing is about gathering and managing resources. Resource management is the efficient
and effective deployment of an organization's resources when they are needed. Such resources
may include financial resources, inventory, human skills, production resources, or information
technology (IT). Resourcing strategy is not just about recruitment and selection. It is concerned
with any means available to meet the needs of the firm for certain skills and behaviour. A
strategy to enlarge the skill base may start with recruitment and selection but would also
extend into learning and development programs to enhance skills and methods of rewarding
people for the acquisition of extra skills. At AIM Technical & Management Services, our focus is
to provide organizations across industries, reliable solutions in the area of Resource
Management.
Human Resource Management has today emerged to be one of the most complex and dynamic
aspects in any organization. This has paved way the concept of HR BPO i.e. Human Resource
Business Process Outsourcing. The aim of outsourced HR solutions is to build more customized
processes and augment existing HR skill set. Human Resource spans across a variety of areas.
This includes payroll, talent management, time management and benefits. The in-house HR
team might not be immune or equipped to handle cost reducing pressures, employee attrition
and achieve efficiency. This calls for an expert and specialized HR management team. This is a
smart model that segregates the transactional and strategic functions where the organization’s
core team performs the former and the latter is outsourced. It is pretty evident that basic HR
functions today have been routinely automated or outsourced.

METHODOLOGY
Understanding of our Client’s business with regards to existing business
activities, organization structure work environment, geographical spread
and future growth plans.
Mapping the position with regards to qualifications, experience,
responsibilities, industry specific experience, location, key result areas &
compensation.
Research - Analysis of competition by sector and function to search
potential candidates.
Analysis and evaluation of short listed candidates utilizing integrated
evaluation techniques backed by years of experience of AIM’s senior
management team across various functions and organizations.
Propose 2-3 short listed candidates which match the requirements of
the client with regards to skills, qualifications, relevant experience,
availability, mobility and compensation.
Assist in the interview process of the candidates with client along with
compensation negotiations.
Reference Checks and post selection follow-up with the selected
candidate.
OUR FOUNDERS
Saeed Khan has over 25 years industry experience including 20 years in the management of
Information Technology, Outsourcing & HR Consulting related businesses. His expertise
encompasses Start-up & Profit Center Management, Business Development and Corporate
Sales. His experience spans across various organizations in India & the Middle East. Saeed
holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering from University of Bombay.
Manisha Bansal focuses on Business Development, forging strategic alliances and overall
administrative functioning of the company. Manisha is a Chartered Accountant along with M.
Com (Accountancy) and B.Com (Hons.) with domestic and overseas experience in financial
services, NGOs, teaching and entrepreneurship. Prior to AIM, Manisha has worked with Birla
SunLife Insurance in Finance & Treasury function, The Studio ADHD Centre (London) as
Treasurer and has been a key player in set up of Computer training business during early
stages of her professional life.
Balachandran Unni, A Sales & Business Development professional with industry experience of
more than 2 decades, in building alliances for launching products in emerging technology
sectors including eCommerce, mCommerce & mobile payments. Have had the opportunity to
play a stellar role in launching the 1st B2C eCommerce, mCommerce & Prepaid mobile wallet
programs in India, while serving in companies, like Rediff.com, Onmobile Global, Obopay &
Nokia India. Educational qualifications include Graduation in Economics and a Senior
Management degree from IIM Calcutta.

Mapping the position with regards to qualifications, experience, responsibilities, industry specific experience, location, key result areas & compensation. Research - Analysis of competition by sector and function to search potential candidates. Analysis and evaluation of short listed candidates utilizing integrated evaluation techniques backed by years of experience of AIM’s senior management team across various functions and organizations. Propose 2-3 short listed candidates which match the requirements of the client with regards to skills, qualifications, relevant experience, availability, mobility and compensation. Assist in the interview process of the candidates with client along with compensation negotiations. Reference Checks and post selection follow-up with the selected candidate.

His expertise encompasses Start-up & Profit Center Management, Business Development and Corporate Sales. His experience spans across various organizations in India & the Middle East. Saeed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering from University of Bombay. Manisha Bansal focuses on Business Development, forging strategic alliances and overall administrative functioning of the company. Manisha is a Chartered Accountant along with M. Com (Accountancy) and B.Com (Hons.) with domestic and overseas experience in financial services, NGOs, teaching and entrepreneurship. Prior to AIM, Manisha has worked with Birla SunLife Insurance in Finance & Treasury function, The Studio ADHD Centre (London) as Treasurer and has been a key player in set up of Computer training business during early stages of her professional life. Balachandran Unni, A Sales & Business Development professional with industry experience of more than 2 decades, in building alliances for launching products in emerging technology sectors including eCommerce, mCommerce & mobile payments. Have had the opportunity to play a stellar role in launching the 1st B2C eCommerce, mCommerce & Prepaid mobile wallet programs in India, while serving in companies, like Rediff.com, Onmobile Global, Obopay & Nokia India.
