Pratiek is a Senior Consultant in the private practice and in-house legal area, where he over-
sees comprehensive coverage of the market, focusing on mid to senior-level hires for domes-
tic and globals firms and corporate houses. Pratiek is also involved in consulting assignments,
and assists in business development activities of FCL Search.
Having worked as a lawyer, he is well networked in the legal circuit and is able to quickly
grasp the needs of the candidates and the clients, and is able to provide the right talent to the
clients with a quick turnaround time. Pratiek is a trained scuba instructor and can be spotted
at various diving sites in his spare time.
PRATIEK PARIKH- Senior Consultant
As a Partner, Raghu brings with him over two decades of experience in management consult-
ing, valuation and financial training. He plays a key role in FCL Search's consulting mandates,
particularly those relating to partnership structuring, profit margin analysis, financial due
diligence and deal structuring in mergers, acquisitions and combinations. He is also the lead
trainer for AFCL's financial training modules for transactional lawyers and commercial litiga-
tors.
He works closely with some of India's leading corporate houses including the Tatas, the GMR
Group, HDFC bank and business Groups in the U.S., Europe, Africa, and the Middle East for
whom he conducts audits, valuation, due diligence, analytics and various other consulting
assignments. Raghu Iyer is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He
qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1984. He secured the 4th rank in his Final CA
examination (All India) and the 3rd rank in his Inter CA examination (All India).
