“ POPULATION GROWTH”
“ INTRODUCTION” Population defined as people inhabiting or occupying a country or region. Here in the Philippines the population as of 2010 is 94,013,200 and it is in rank 12 of the most biggest population all over the world. There are many organizations has been united even the government in order to prevent the rapid population growth in the country. Though, there are consequences of over populated country which may brings to economic crisis. So, to decrease it there are what we called family planning that would really help to solve this problem.
“ POPULATION GROWTH AS A DRIVING FORCE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM” Population growth is known as one of the driving forces behind environmental problems, because the growing population demands more and more resources for its own application.
The little squatter area behind our house is home to about 50 people who use wood or sawdust to cook with, live in houses constructed out of spare plywood, boards, tin, canvas, or whatever and which vary in dimensions from the size of a walk-in closet to a bedroom in the states. Some are built on stilts and some have a second story.”
 
 
 
“ ADVANTAGES OF POPULATION GROWTH” the advantages of population growth on the economy can be that there is a lot of man power available so if used properly then the economy can develop at a faster rate than it is developing. The economy is possible for a better future.
“ DISADVANTAGES OF POPULATION GROWTH” Food shortage, Water shortage, Health problems and environmental degradation. Population growth can cause poverty of the country.
“ HOW MIGRATION CAN AFFECT THE POPULATION GROWTH” If your migrating in then population will increase the population cause more people will be coming into the country .
“POPULATION CONTROL” Government planned how to control the rapid increasing of population in our country.
“POPULATION CONTROL” Popcom was the government agency with primary responsibility for controlling population growth. In 1985 Popcom set a target for reducing the growth rate to 1 percent by 2000. To reach that goal in the 1990s, Popcom recommended that families have a maximum of two children, that they space the birth of children at three-year intervals, and that women delay marriage to age twenty-three and men to age twenty-five.
