Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon that is strong, durable, and can be formed into sheets, rods, and beams. It is the primary material used in the construction of Ferrari World, the largest indoor amusement park in the world, located in Abu Dhabi. Over 35,000 tons of steel reinforce the park's giant domed roof structure, which covers 200,000 square meters and uses over 12,000 tons of steel. The steel was supplied by ArcelorMittal and formed into tubes, decks, and sheets to support the expansive and insulated roof.
