MEDICAL CARE  We must vaccinate when we are little children. We must go to the medic at least once a year. We mustn´t take medicines without medical recipe.
DRUGS You mustn´t drink too much alcohol. If you want to live a lot you shouldn´t smoke. You mustn´t have medicines without control.
GOOD HABITS  You mustn´t go to bed very late. You should sleep at least eight or nine hours every day. You must brush your teeth every day.
CONCLUSION You must take a healthy life if you want to live many years.
