11. What participants liked
We had well over 300 comments on what people liked about the
sessions. Positive feedback focused on three issues:
1. Quality of presenters
• “Amazing webinar! Very experienced lecturer who went
straight to the point.”
2. Interactive nature of the radio-show dialogue format
• “The interactivity: that is the ability to give, receive and
discuss information real-time.”
3. Practical and focused nature of the content
• “Very well structured session. Plenty of practical advice/
recommendations/real life examples in a modern job
market.”
12. How to improve
We always ask for feedback on how we can
improve. Most cited comments were:
• Nothing to improve (47)
• More real life examples highlighting content (33)
• More time for questions (31)
• Technical issues, mainly related to audio* (28)
* Almost half of these arise from the Pfeffer webinar. Professor Pfeffer was using a telephone to
speak to us and the sound quality was not as good as we would have liked, plus he was
unfortunately cut off during the webinar (though we restored the connection quickly).
