This course covers conducting feasibility studies for new projects, products, services, or businesses. A feasibility study analyzes and evaluates a proposed initiative to determine if it is technically and financially viable. The course teaches how to prepare feasibility studies, identify key arguments, and present ideas convincingly. Students will learn to build financial models in Excel, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, and analyze other feasibility studies. Topics include defining feasibility studies, their uses and challenges, and the steps to develop one, including assessing strategic context, economic analysis, commercial and financial considerations, and management approach.
