Oscillating nozzles developed by FDX Fluid Dynamix could increase uniformity of fertilizer distribution in agriculture compared to traditional nozzles. The proposed nozzle would improve spray range, pressure, angle, and droplet size without any moving parts. This could reduce drift and ensure drops fall in the target area. A market analysis found that John Deere dominates the agricultural equipment market. The nozzle could generate over 70,000 units sold per year in Germany alone, bringing in estimated annual revenues of over 70,000 Euros for sales to just one company.
