FRONT DESK MANAGER!
The Front Desk Manager is an
administrative student assistant and is the
staff person primarily responsible for
monitoring the front desk, daily services,
and access in the residence halls. FDMs
are not required to live on campus.
Minimum requirements include:
Minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA
No significant Code of Conduct
Violations
Enrolled as a full-time
undergraduate day school
student or graduate student
In good standing with Student
Financial Services
*We also require two completed recommendation
forms. The first form must be completed be a
Residential Life staff member (RA, RD, GA, FDM)
and the second for must be completed by a JWU
faculty/staff member who can speak about your
leadership skills and work ethic.
Providing excellent customer service
Managing residence hall front desk
Providing a high level of engagement
and relationship building with
residents
Assist with scheduling and
supervision of Desk Assistant staff
Up to a $3,600 scholarship
Bi-weekly paychecks
