Ans : Capital Market is a market for long term securities , and small investor can
also participate as the Investment amount is low

Q.4 what is Money Market?

Ans : Money Market is a market for Short – term securities , and small investor
very rarely participate in it as the Investment value is very high

Q.5 Difference between Money Market and Capital Market?

Ans: Capital Market is a market for Long term Securities (More than one year)
regulated by SEBI and Money Market is a market for short term securities (Less
than one year) regulated mainly by RBI.

Q.6 what is Primary Market?

Ans : Is a market where fresh issue of Equities takes Place ( IPO)

Q.7 what is Secondary Market?
Ans : Is a market where already issued shares / equities are traded

Q.8 what is the difference between Primary and Secondary Market?

Ans : Primary market deals with fresh issue of equity shares and secondary
market deals with trading of already issued shares. In primary market the
securities had to be purchased in Loads whereas in Secondary Market a single
security can also be purchase and sell.

a government.

Ans : NPA : Non- Performing assests

averages. It can last months or even years. It is the opposite of a bear market.
